2. Approve the minutes of the August 8th meeting.

3. Public Comment.

4. Discussion/Action: Linus and Donna Schoepp are requesting a redrawing of parcel lines between adjacent properties from parcel #0707-043-8560-0. This is the second appearance of this topic in front of the PC. 

5. Discussion/Action: Kermicle request to clarify Town Land Use Plan on how to calculate acreage for development rights; substandard parcels and eligibility for Transfer of Development Rights program. 

6. Discussion/Action:  Updates to Land Use Plan

The members of the Plan Commission are appointed by the town board chair, subject to confirmation by the town board. The town board chair also designates the commission chair. The members serve for three-year terms.

The Plan Commission meets at the Town Hall on the second Monday of every month. Its duties include overseeing preparation of the town’s Comprehensive Land Use Plan and amendments and updates to the plan. It also reviews matters related to land use, such as:

  • Rezone requests
  • Conditional use permits
  • Variance requests
  • Land division requests
  • Certified survey maps
